What does Video Duration (Standard) mean? Can I request a different duration?

Video Duration (Standard) refers to the typical length defined by the type or category of video being produced. If you’d like a different duration, we can absolutely accommodate that — pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

What happens if I exceed the number of feedback rounds?

Each package includes a set number of feedback rounds. If the feedback rounds are exceeded, an additional fee of $20 per extra revision will be applied.
